Hole in sheets, dirty bathroom, tip jar next to coffee area, dirty curtains, grimey bathroom. Not the same standard of quality that I usually find at other Fairfield inns

Arrived and got our keys to the room. Went to the room, used the key and the door was locked. We hear a shouting from inside the room and its a maintenance guy. Not sure what he was doing but it wasnt maintenance. Super weird!

Rooms and common areas were spotless!! Staff was all friendly and helpful. I was quite impressed with the free breakfast, everything was tasty and hot. One of the better hotel stays I've had in awhile!
