Nicest thing we’re the fire pits and hot tubs

They charged an extra 13 dollars daily to park there and another 130 daily that was credited back. Have never had that before.
The room was dark with a cement floor. Couldn’t open the blinds unless wanted everyone to see inside. Did not feel safe

No coffee maker, no microwave, over crowded, and they charge you a resort fee at the end of your stay even though it is not a resort. We purchased coffee a few times and the prices were different each time even though we bought the same thing so I find that odd… since waiting for almost a $300.00 pending charge to fall off after they told me it would after I left. Breakfast is not good at all just cereal, yogurt, and bagels. Rooms are much smaller than they appear.

We loved the Ozarker, modern motel with great facilities. Branson was very busy so it was lovely to be out of the town a little to miss the chaos but close enough to drive to restaurants. We stayed in a family room and my kids loved the bunk beds.

The location was good and the hotel was filled with excitement like, fire pits, a pool, a movie outside, plus two restaurants on each side of the hotel.
Negatives:
I wish they would have given us a 1st floor room because there was NOT an elevator. We had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs to our room.

The staff is not trained. We are stlll having issues with our credit card. Based on this experience we can not recommend this hotel.
