The elevator didn’t work, the pool was not open, the stairwells hadn’t been vacuumed, the shower head had to be held by hand (holder was broken), and there was a rather jagged piece of metal by the bathroom door that must have been a mount for a hair dryer, which wasn’t there.

Positives:
The beds were clean and comfortable. The cooling/heating in the room worked well. Bathroom had hot water and decent water pressure in the shower.
Negatives:
The pool and the elevator were out of service. The second set of sliding glass doors did not close. The phone in the room did not work. Seems like your hotel needs some serious mtc.

We arrived after traveling 11 hours at 8am and check in wasn’t until 3pm. The staff was amazing and allowed us to check in early. The room was great. Super clean. Super spacious. Dove soap, shampoo, conditioner, & body wash it was great‼️ Top notch breakfast.

Pool shut down. Shower was broken. Part I signed and booking says check out at 12. Turns out check out is 11. Took over 2 hours for someone to fix the shower but no one could. Around 1130 finally was able to get asst manager to let us use a room to shower.
