Positives:
The girl at the front desk was amazing. She went above and beyond and brought us a fan from downstairs when our AC unit didn't work. She was very busy, even when we arrived at check in. But she greeted us and was extremely kind.
Negatives:
The AC unit didn't work in our room. The actual unit seemed to be fine, but it was the plug that was messed up.. it wasn't connected correctly to the unit and it needed maintenance at the very least if not an electrician to go and fix the outlet for the AC unit.

Positives:
The staff were all amazing. The hotel was sold out when we were there and they were all very nice and attentive.
Rooms are nice, bed was very comfortable. We were going to a game at arrowhead and we walked to the stadium and walked back. Breakfast in the morning was a whole breakfast buffett. They had fruits, yogurts, waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes and more!!
We did use the pool due to timing.
Negatives:
Elevator made a horrible sound every time it was moving. The little store behind the check in desk was very empty
