Floors were dirty. Tile was separating. After checking in, and noticing the hair and debris on the floor, asked and were given another room. That one was a little better, but still not clean on the floors.

No microwave, no bathtub and toilet paper was hard.

There was a kids birthday party and they were running all over the lobby. Dropping weights and throwing balls around while we were trying to workout in the gym. I got charged for two other charges upon arrival. At night the kids were running the hall.

It was a nice hotel and looked different than most other hotels. The rooms were nice.
Negatives:
The shower had not been cleaned and there was still a dirty hand towel left on the shower knob. I did complain and they moved us. Also, the paint job it really bad, like blobs of paint can easily be seen on the walls.

It is modern and stylish and has good amenities.
Negatives:
This is my second stay here. The room we were given had basically no sound insulation: I could hear every single word of a phone conversation that the person next door to us had. People talking in the hallway sounded as if they were standing in our room. This is why this stay didnt get 10 stars.

The bed itself was very comfortable
Negatives:
Rooms were not cleaned daily. When we asked for rags and towels we were told they didnt have any rags. We asked every day and were given the same answer. The pillows were horrible to sleep with.
