The free breakfast.
Negatives:
The rooms are pretty dirty. The minute we walked in our room had a nasty like dirty feet smell. The shower was dirty. The walls are stained and surfaces had a sticky residue from what seemed to be juice or a beverage of some sort. Key card wouldnt work.

There's a good feeling here. The staff is well trained, attentive and friendly. Guests are comfortable using the amenities and are "good neighbors".
Positives:
Front desk staff very pleasant, happy to help. The price I paid online was the final price, there were no hidden add-ons when I checked out. Check out was easy. The breakfast area was spacious, and clean. The guests were all very polite and respectful.
Negatives:
Small thing: the elevator noise on arrival at a floor seemed very loud. I would not want a room near that noisy sound.
