it has been almost 1 month since we checked out but still not received the deposit back. We have 413.91 gbp left in there. Now the hotel is saying we spent at lobby market 17 USD which is not true. This should have been told us by the time we checked out. Dissappointed and need my deposit back urgently !

Front desk rude! No exhaust fan in shower. Towels old and scratchy. Soap was for a man.

Very scenic. Convenient, great location. Good parking with flexible in-out access, including for loading and unloading luggage. Nice heated pool and gym. Quality Italian restaurant. Great adjacent ferry stop

Complicated, confusing instructions for obtaining free room wifi. Needed earlier pool opening hours and room key access to pool. Altho parking costs were comparable to other properties, they are sheer money makers and needlessly higher than they used to be (recently raised from $25 - $35/ night w/out explanation).

Positives:
The view was amazing of lower manhattan. The room was very large with 2 different spaces in one room with the couch and tv, then the king bed and tv as well. Free parking was great to have. Staff very helpful with helping me with setting up the transit buses to the city.
Negatives:
The only complaint is that the room doesn’t have a mini fridge.

We only got 2 sets of everything (towels, glasses, etc). We had to ask for it every day.
There were no sheets for the additional bed when we arrived. Even though I asked for it before our arrival.

The fridge was very old a dusty and it had no drawers, it was missing everything inside.
