upon arrival was informed we would have to pay an extra 250 plus our room fees, because corporate offices issued it plus the pool was closed because the whole building was being remodeled was never informed prior to booking so we canceled our reservation that day

I liked the tub. It was nice to relax in a bath. However I had to rinse it out due to unknown body hair before I could use it.

I didn't like that the door to the outside didn't lock. I was able to go in and out without my key.

I didn't like that the facility was pet friendly because we were across from 2 rooms that had dogs. It seems the owners could not control their animals even when Marlene, the manager, talked to them.
