The staff is very lazy they don’t answer their phone’s apparently don’t have enough house keeping and they use their cell phones instead of phones connected to the hotel it’s very ghetto and out of date

The room was freezing, the music was banging in the room next door all night, and the towels looked like they came straight out of the dirty towel basket. When I requested more, they gave me two face towels out of the other dirty hamper.
