Outside of rooms was freezing. Had to eat breakfast in my room because it was cold before I would finish it. Lobby is kept uncomfortably cold and is not inviting on first impression.

The area is really pretty being right on the water

Things in the room were broken. The tub had no grips on the floor so it was very slippery. The continental breakfast was not good at all. They had a waffle maker but no syrup. The juice machine wasn't working and the coffee machine wasn't working. Nothing was stocked.
