Building lack proper maintenance, grass was overgrown , bathroom floor was sinking in . All buildings were dilapidated. Alot of living in folks that sat in groups outside smoking

The room was not clean. Burn holes in the sheets, room smelled like smoke, bugs , there was a broken CRACKPIPE on my floor. They couldnt give me another room and refused to refund me. I was there less then an hour and found a different hotel to go to.
