After checking in. I get tothe room only to find it was not what I booked. When I went to the front desk I was told the manager made the changes due to a company booking the rooms. As I was standing there another customer whom had been staying there the day before was asking why did they remove his items out of his room to accommodate someone else without discussing it with him. I to asked why I wasnt notified of changes to my reservation. After about waiting 30-45 minutes and the staff making 2 calls the manager. I got the room I had originally booked. The staff was friendly but this hotel had nothing to offer customers. I asked for blankets and was told they were out. They no ice machine and was told that I could get some from the Burger King or the convenient mark down the street. I asked for cups or glasses and was told they had none but she did find me 2.

The water keeps going out and the internet!! For over $--- a night u would think I would be able to take a shower without having to continuously call front desk!! I have been staying a few months and this is a continuous problem

I did not like anything about this property.
Negatives:
There were several roaches in the room. The room was extremely unsanitary. I asked to be moved to another room. They accommodated me, but there were roaches in that room as well. There was mold and bugs in all the cabinets in the kitchen area. This was the worst experience ever!
