Positives:
The pool area was comfortable and clean and the kids had lots of fun. Breakfast was good. Our room was also very clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
We initially made a reservation and then added a night to it. We spoke about it on the phone when extending, and again with the staff when checking in. The next morning housekeeping came and -told us- we were checking out. We let them know we weren’t. Next a man from the office came down and told us they were fully booked for the coming night so we needed to get out. We again explained the extended reservation. We went to the front desk and cleared it up- ok, no problem. The second morning we received a text letting us know checkout was 11am and TWO stops by housekeeping wanting to know when we were leaving- all before 9:15 am. We were not at all problematic guests, quiet and paying full price, but they sure did want us to leave. So we did- and won’t book there again, which is to bad because the facility itself was very nice.
