I booked through booking.com and they couldn't find my reservation, the manager went and found my reservation and helped us.

The pool. That’s literelly it.

We wanted a partial refund due to having to switch rooms because the first room was absolutely disgusting, bed skirt was dirty in both rooms, the carpet was filthy in both rooms, like we felt so dirty stepping in it without socks/shoes. My babies white socks were literelly black within one hour. there was still trash in the floor in both rooms and a ton of crumbs (such as chips and pepperonis from the previous people who stayed), the mirror looked like it had a poop smear in the 2nd room that moved us too. The vending Machines had ALL expired things, including the breakfast muffins the next morning. We only stayed because they refused to help us since we booked through here and this was all the extra money we had to spend for my kids to have a good spring break get away. So we couldn’t just up and leave and find a new place. We would really appreciate a partial/full refund due to us having a terrible experience.

Friendly staff and manager. Manager compensated appropriately and it was ⁰greatly appreciated

Blood stain in carpet near entryway near bed- not good
Bottom.half of shower doors had water stains/ spots
One decorative pillow on hideabed had 2 inch long dirt stains
Some carpet along edge of hallway looked dirty- like it hadn't been vacuumed thoroughly in awhile.
Breakfast was decent for the price,-cream cheese in container sitting out at room temperature- along with butters and hardboiled eggs.
