Negatives:
The office staff was incredibly rude, we were unable to get the lights or the tv to work, they came to the room to say that it is because everything is unplugged. They said if we needed the light next to the bed he could move the bed and plug it in, he seemed like he was seriously annoyed of by having to that and then come back and plug-in the television . We were unable to get under the desk to plug it in. We asked him why everything was unplugged and he said people just do that. I didn’t do it. I may be wrong but isn’t it their responsibility to make sure the lights and tv work before you rent the room. The room was so gross, bugs in the bed, we were told they come in from the nearby trees. We ended up spending money at the local store on Lysol and sanitizer wipes spraying and wiping down every surface and bedding in the room. The worst hotel experience ever. Don’t waste you time or money

The facility was very run down. Everything needed attention. If anything else would have been available, we would have left. Way too expensive.
