Was supposed to check in between 3 and 4 and room was not ready on time. Beds were very uncomfortable. Lots unnecessary charges (ex. $16.00 to connect a device to the WiFi)

It was a luxury hotel. The food was great, it was also beautifully decorated. The service was great, and the few hiccups we experienced were handled excellently by the staff (shoutout to Jax and Niki)!
Negatives:
Lack of racial diversity in clientele and lack of thorough cleaning of guest rooms in the the midst of a high traffic period.
