Negatives:
Fighting, yelling and screaming heard all night by other guests, we were put on 3rd floor opposite of entrance, elevator didn't want to work on the morning. Spiders and bugs through out location. Beds were hard and uncomfortable as well as dirty. We booked this location due to it's two pools and closeness to hospital for surgery...upon arrival front desk told us where they were located but when we went to swim both were locked and closed. Floors in room were dirty and unswept. Asked for 10:30am wake up call. They didn't call until 10:49am. Front desk was not very friendly or informative. Just over all not a good experience or stay

I loved the fact that the breakfast was available to us, the waffle maker was simple to use and my children loved having breakfast and then having somewhere to sleep with air conditioning as our house is currently being repaired for the air.
