Positives:
This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in in America! The room I ordered was not available, and they just let me check in without informing me first! My check-in method, my room is not consistent with the one I ordered, because I can choose more hotels, but the reason for me to choose them is that I want the suite, but the hotel gave me the reason that they have all been ordered out! I have a question. If I have made a reservation and paid the fee, but the room is not reserved for me, then what is the meaning of my reservation? The solution they offered was to give me a discount on my purchase price of $274, which was $199 excluding taxes and fees, a reduction of $46! Or give me an extra room, or cancel my reservation and go to another hotel! Or wait for their management to deal with me the next morning! I didn't see their management the next morning and only received an email telling me directly that he gave me a $46 reduction, but I still didn't receive the refund! OK, I don't care about the money, I just think the attitude is really, really incredible, how this hotel is going to survive! And at 9:00 PM, the toilet also broke, I went down to ask the front desk to help me repair the toilet! The kitchen is also very, very dirty!

My bathroom ceiling was leaking and they gave me another room and the deadbolt to the door was broke and the tv didnt work so i moved back to the leaky bathroom.
