Positives:
Check-in. I believe the check-in staff person was Jonathon. Efficient, very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly etc etc etc. As were the 2 women at checkout - the biggest smiles. This hotel is located beside several major roads - the room was quiet! The room was very clean, comfortable and large. Thank you very much for a great stay.

Negatives:
Room small and location was hard to get anywhere from. Confusing location with it located on a one way highway. Also, very hard to find a way to cross the freeway to go the other derection.Four huge highway loops on it nearby.

The breakfast was overall good, hot breakfast with options. The room was clean and provided the listed amenities.
Negatives:
They could have told me that 1) there is a pet fee and 2) how much it would be. While I signed a pet agreement, they did not tell me or point out (if it was on the sheet, I did not see it) that I'd be charged $50 for bringing a pet. A little transparency would have been nice.
