The 2nd floor is being held up by 2x4s wedged between the balcony and the ground floor. The guy working the desk said to dial zero if I had any problems, well this must have been amusing to him because the phones are disconnected. The TV didn’t work so I went to talk to him and he said he would be right there and just to wait for him at the room, well he got me again and never showed.
