This property was conveniently located for an overnight stop for our drive to OBX. When the hotel confirmed our handicapped accessible room but didn't provide one, they comp'd the room night. Alvin at the front desk did this without us having to ask for any consideration.
Also, the lady who takes care of the breakfast area is FABULOUS !!! She treats guests with excellent food preparation and keeps everything clean. She was VERY accommodating.

The property confirmed that we would have a handicapped accessible room, but couldn't provide the room reservation we made.

We had a drill on our heads every morning.
When we complained, they told us that the renovations were from 9am to.5pm. Nevertheless, they started to work every day before 7 am.
We stayed from Monday to Friday and we could not rest at all.
