Nice central location with clean business style rooms. Most of the staff were friendly.
Negatives:
Noise insulation is not the best and I had noisy neighbors in the rooms next to mine. The common areas could do with a little update - but it looked like that was possibly going to happen. Could do with more water refill stations. No laundry service or machines available (so I had to go through an exterior service provider that ended up being ridiculously expensive).

It’s clean and convenient, stuffs are very friendly and helpful. It’s a good choice if you want to take a short stay in Seattle and have a quick view of the city.

Hairdryer cannot work and no spare one for replacement.

The shower hot/cold control doesn't work properly and it is hard to get the right temperature. Only do housekeeping on the 3rd day.

The staff were very friendly and attentive to my needs. I thought my shower wasn't working as no water was coming out and called reception. He came right away in the morning to show me how it was done. Receptionists are helpful and knowledgeable. They have all you need for a few nights stay in a hotel if you are there on business or other purpose and will not be spending a lot of time in the hotel.
