Checked in to our room and it was not cleaned at all.went back to desk got another room and same thing, dirty. Beds not made and towels and garbage all over.Third time to the desk(no elevator and Iam with my 73y/o mother)got a room that smelled like smoke

People were walking up and down the hall and were very loud, we had a hard time getting to sleep...
And there was a dog bark8ng most of the night...
